Happy Mother’s Day! Today’s sermon is focusing on the biblical prescription for the 

family. Our culture depicts the family in a very di>erent way than the Bible. As a result, 

we can be confused or misunderstand the God ordained roles of the family and its 

members. The home should be a place of healing and equipping. God has given us a 

handbook for healthy homes. Let us look at some practical principles for both children 

and parents from Ephesians 6:1-4.
