We continue our look at the book of Genesis by taking a closer look at Day 6 of creation. Gen. 1:1-2:3 covered the six days of creation and the 7th day when God paused to celebrate the conclusion of creation, which was “very good” (1:31). The rest of Gen 2 takes a deeper dive into Day 6 giving us more detail on how the animals and people were created. In the process we see that God provided a place to live and a person to love.
